We do not use images for facial recognition, identification, authentication, or user profiling. - No Biometric Data Collection: Glass Banana does not collect, extract, analyze, or store biometric face data, facial recognition identifiers, facial templates, or any biometric information for identification or authentication purposes.
- Image Processing Only: When you upload photos that may incidentally contain faces, we process these images solely to provide the AI-powered editing features you explicitly request (e.g., background removal, image enhancement, artistic filters).
- Third-Party AI Processing: Your uploaded images are temporarily sent to our third-party AI service provider to perform the requested editing operations. Our AI service provider processes images transiently and does not permanently retain your images after processing is complete.
- Secure Storage: Uploaded and AI-generated images are stored in secure cloud storage infrastructure with user-specific access controls. All images are protected with industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Images are associated only with your anonymous account identifier—no personally identifying information is linked to stored images.
- No Advertising or Marketing Use: We do not share, sell, or use your images or any face data for advertising, marketing, or any purposes other than providing the editing services you request.

- Service Providers: We may share your information with vendors, consultants, and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf.
